I've finally finished the Trellith chain, and I've maxed out my Rift as much I could. I do know there is room for improvement, I just can't see what to improve.

I've not yet seen the entire amount of AP Artifacts available to use, so any advice on what to swap would be appreciated. My main focus for my Rift, just like the majority of people's, is Artifact. I do try to get research where I can, however.

Get orbital stabilizer from 'Tremors From Below'
Bonus doubles if you have Small/Large Moons or a Planetary Ring on the planet.

Replace the TO harvester with a Rikthars war forge. That's 2 more AP from structures.

Which is another 100 more AP/hr.

For the future as I know you aren't that high level yet:

Replace Adaptive Spire (2x), and Adumbrate Station (2x):
2x Litheor Deep-Phase Probe Mining: 2, Research: 2, Artifact: 2, Population: 900, Cloak: 150
1x Crimson Rift Aperture Artifact: 2, Attack: 800, Cloak: 400
1x Orbital Stabilizer Artifact: 2, Bonus Mining: 14%

That gives you, +4 Mining, +4 Art vs what you are taking off the planet. I would also follow Silver crows and swap out the TO Harvester.

If you want to go really hardcore changes:
Lose a lot
4x +24 = 72 spaces (96 AP)
2x Litheor Deep-Phase Probe Mining: 2, Research: 2, Artifact: 2, Population: 900, Cloak: 150
1x Crimson Rift Aperture Artifact: 2, Attack: 800, Cloak: 400
1x Orbital Stabilizer Artifact: 2, Bonus Mining: 14%
1x Galactic Concord Station II Mining: 2, Artifact: 2, Defense: 20%
1x Omnistream Gateway Mining: 3, Research: 3, Artifact: 3
1x Litheor Transmutative Locator Bonus Artifact: 6%, Defense: 10%
1x T.O. Manufacturing Core Mining: 2, Artifact: 2
1x Trellith Comm Relay Research: 2, Artifact: 2

This gives you: +11 Mining (*5%*14%), +113 Artifact (*6%*5%), +9 Research (*5%)

lose the quantum accelerators and install 2 zolazin analyzers and 2 barrier nexus. When you get two extra research and when the time comes you can make the litheor artifact on it which will give an extra 2 production pushing the total to 105.

Thanks for the answers, people. I'll be placing on an Orbital Stabilizer , as suggested, and a Rithgar's War Forge seems great. I will be going for Litheor, sometime in the near future.
