Be informed that they're not cheats. Those effects are obtained by doing the following missions: The Shadow Lab - Shadow Cloak Bonuses Weapon Yield Test - Stable Overcharge Settings Repair Warp Gate - Warp Gate Defense Bonuses |

They might've just been trying to clear more missions, especially considering his level. |
