I thought you could use it on all planets provided it doesn't already have a reality transfuser induced effect (for example if rings occured naturally you could still use it) Or am i mistaken? |

I had a planet with stealth screen, it now has large moons to. From a transfuser. |

SteelWolverine is correct, it can be used on any planet except for those that already have:
