Is it possible to use Xecti Ensconcing Fields and Hyper-Dimensional Anchors after using 31 Interspacial Fold Generators?
So 3100 passive cloak + those bonuses. is that possible?

Thanks yes to the xecti no to the anchors but the best use of the xecti is to get cloak to 2800 using fold's, then use 3 magnetospheres to get cloak to 3892, then use the xecti artifacts |
