What happens when you do it? Can you switch between allies?

Actually your response is worse than nothing. Someone could see it, dismiss an ally and have it turn out that dismissal is permanent.

Fuledbyramen clicked it and it had the 'Are you sure you want to sell XXX? YES NO" So I think it is perm.

What is? The dismiss button? If so, all special modules have a sell button, same thing.

The big question is: Does the newly purchased ally, replacing the one you sold, have the same level as the old one, or does it start back at 1?

At 1 I would imagine.

it would be moronic to think its going to take the rank of the last one, i could do the two daily missions for fifty days and max one of them, then swap it out for the bane ally with full bonus invasion.. um NO

What do you mean swap it out? Do you only get one at a time or something?

what some have said is two allies at once. others have said 3 (all 3 available so far) are equip-able.

Some confirmation on this please? I don't want to get the bane ally if it isn't equipable with the other two. And if it isn't then Dan I hate you :P.

i can understand if you cant have a thousand different allies equipped.. same as if you dont have the decks, you cant equip everything. but yeah, a little clarification would be nice huh

There's no Uninstall, only dismiss - so if icariums posts don't really apply here.

The best way to test it would be someone getting the drone , levelling it to 2 and selling at then buying another. Besides the waste of the helmsmen, the others most players have to spare.

If you READ the wiki pages that I spent countless hours working on, you would know that THERE IS NO LIMIT ON ALLIES AT THIS POINT IN TIME! There is absolutely no reason you should even consider the dismissal of an ally, it's deckless bonus that at this point has no limits on it.

you can only have 1 of each type, all are different types currently so not an issue but just figured you would want to be accurate

Hopefully by the time Dan comes out with a second of the same type of ally, there will be a way to uninstall them(perhaps a temporary dismissal).
