Im looking on advice what to work on next.
If you plan on commenting, please give a reason for why you think i should work on it.

Need to knows:
I am a PvPer, CR isnt a big problem as i have sold a few planets and have more then enough to upkeep and build what i need.

rank? race? productions, hull, shields, attack def, scan, cloak, mods installed e.t.c need these things to be able to give much advice!

well since i dont know what your ship style is ill just make a couple of general recommendations.

ssb :
insall 3 velox
run 8 heay nulls, theta's are nice but the differnece / space / cost may not be worth it, especially if your arti production is kind to you.
only install what you absolutely have to, so the silver badge mods you can probably skip the silver badge mods
the dark badge cannons arnt bad, personally I would recommend the scan versions, as your size will help with your defense the most.
i would personally only install 4 defenses, if you are going for the smallest design possible.

regular :
+ the above except -> run 8 defenses, and use heavy thetas

big :
WHY U DEX SO LOW ???

Finish Synchos first ASAP, if you dont have 1 level of Obi's completed, do that to.

then noone has any pertinant advice other than get 3 velox, get higher arti. Your grasping at straws by sayiing youve got everything installed on your ship, that would be like me asking advice on how to hack people better.

If your just looking for research advice then, Syncho's 1 level of Obi's and +12's you decide which order suits you best.

If your looking for general advice get your AP up, other than that we cant advise you. We dont know what mission / NPC / PvP mods you have, we dont know your IG goals, dont know if your slow / normal / fast play. You really should clarify what it is your looking for and then post accordingly so that we can better assist you.

lol, the picture was meant to push for the advice just on what i want to research next. I build my ship with what i have, the Q is what i should put on my ship next

given that much heres my advice :
1. get DOM 3 cannons + upgrades when medal points permit
2. get protiens
3. get Velox
4. better AP + MP to handle Thetas and all top tier defenses
5. research +12s
6. get blue badge mods + upgrades when medal points permit
7. get silver mods
8. get the NC mods -> particularly the dark --- engines / thrusters, and crimson ----- platings
9. get kalvium hull mods
10. get atmospheric dissruptors
11. if you feel inclined to spend GP then get the trinities / fathers

yay something to work with :D
if your slow play you could uninstall your core to free up some space, but thats a personal decision. at this point in time i'd uninstall the 3 gigapulsers and the one megapulsar to make room for the force barriers, that would be a better trade off than a quicker recharge on almost non-existent shields. Also you may want to look into the mylarai chain, you'll be there for a while but an extra ~13% hull is just like sam adams, always a good decision.

i have almost no missions, im feeling like that mission will kick me up a few ranks and take more then a bit of time

it will if memory serves its like the second or third longest chain ( before xecti / trellith / etc. came out ) but it has several ship mods in it, and a couple of planet artis that arnt terrible as well.

The Mylarai chain is ~150k energy. The actual figure escapes me. I believe the Prejor, Sha'din, Lazuli and Drannik chains are all longer, though none as much as the Talth chain, however, +11% hull is amazing. The other modules are meh, (25 defence and 20 shield for 12 space? PAH!) but the Kalviums are great, the Stripcores and Grid Pylons are worth having and you'll get a couple tier rewards too.
