Legion issue

 I have a friend that is part of a dead legion. He's the only member left and wants to join another. Problem is, game won't let him disband or leave w/o appointing another member as leader. Any ideas?

He has to send a report to Dan via the in-game link explaining the situation. Dan will square things up for him.

My guess would be 3+ as you can disable level 3 bases.

You can disable level 2 bases? O__o I've never seen one locked or scanned.

I really want someone to answer this question. Why do you(Unepicownage) always quote something and not right the questions been answered doesnt need a bird on there shoulder all the time. I sometimes do it sometimes for things that i would say anyway not a question. Like

and to totally derail the thread and break even more rules.
