I've got a Dyson and my legion has highly advised to try and get the cloak up to at least 10K. How'd I go about doing this? I don't want to hurt production too much. I've got cloaking satellites which I could install, but they seem pretty crap.

Base cloak is 1308 right now.

Got two spy uplinks, void barrier, two chron shifters, counter intelligence nexus and an ergosphere filter on it at the moment. I'm rank 154.

depending on how good it is you might want to consider rifting it to make it invincible

Rifting is in the Terra Project chain though, isn't it? As far as I know, it's next to impossible to make progress through that chain, especially once you complete the Terra Project mission, without spending money. It's $86 just for the first two missions. That's about £50; money which I don't have and if I did I doubt I'd be spending it on Galaxy Legion. I love the game and all, but £50 in one go is just too much.

After this you need even more QSEs, which is going to cost even more money. It'll be $136 if I wanted to complete it. Apparently QSEs are ridiculously rare and there's next to no chance of ever getting them without GP. Even if I relied on T.O. TCs to get the Terraformers, there's still $100 (About £65) to spend on QSEs on top of that.
