I'd suggest somewhere in the neighborhood of 10kish attack unbuffed 12kish def Colossal Galaxy Destroyer |

energy bar looks good but might be worth slowing the ranking down to get a load more rescued prisoners to get some T.Os to help your attack which will help loads for when you want to start ranking up again as the npc's will drop faster with a higher attack power
