what's the single best ship module you can install?
by "best" I mean most efficient and useful, though I'll be excluding trinity core drives from this question because they are passive and RIDICULOUSLY efficient(at my current defense they have an efficiency of 101 defense per space when I'm attacked)
modules can either be researched, bought, or won

The most powerful module I have at the moment is Perfect Fermionic Plating.

I would agree with Strm there, protean armory has to be one if not the (with upkeep costs) most efficient module out there.

Proteans are awesome but I think that the sirakar hull or dark assemblybots rival it for efficacy and overall effectiveness.
If we're talking guns, it becomes more of a question of what level you are. If you're not 1k then radiant cannons are less effective and you're left with composite rays, t gemini cannons or Mark III D Cannons.

And if your lower still, you can eliminate Geminis. Mk3 Doms are pretty awesome though.
