Unless you don't NPC...you can keep you scan low....

That's really low........ 386 units / hour 530 points / hour 1006 research / hour only Rank 65 work on 8s and try to get everything to your number

Your production lacks, which will drag down your ship in time. Go for +8, and if you can afford them, +10 structures. Do a couple sensor tiers to get some more planets scanned and then you should be in an alot better position.
