Hi would like some input on whats the best layout for our base. we currently have 4 fermionic base plating,5 trans temporal array,5 null turrets,1 meta chron grid |

If you're not online much you may want high shields and high defense though, as it can keep legions with lower average strength from beating the shield regen. |
