at your rank mining doesnt play a MAJOR deal, as a friend ca just send you some Kurenite..In the game, Artifacts are supreme, So Try and work on that the most.

lose sillix race NOW you will start to relie on it then whan you want to change race to a better race later on in the game, you will not have enough room for all the modues.........i had that problem im levl 88, i still have to find a crap load of decks to reinstall a pile of other moduels before i can put many new ones in

Yea, 100% Correct Sillixx Is a death trap.

Early in the game, I would recommend 1 mining planet, 2 artifact planets, 2 research planets as you colonize. Make sure they're not crap either. You need some degree of mining to maintain self-sufficience, but artifact is supreme for long term growth. You should have a good research output early as well so you can keep a leg up on your competition as far as tech goes. Later on as you get closer to maxing out your tech, you can go with a 1M:2A:1R system.

And yes, get away from Sillixx as soon as you possibly can. The longer you use that race, the harder it gets to change.

Sillix and Builder are big "aw hells no!" in GL.

Get your art and research up, but don't neglect your mining! I did, and am paying for it (fixing it has been slow and painful)

Steal a mega rich planet from a Dyso and you'll be okay

Seriously though, your ship is good. Maybe go up a level on energy. Get your arti and research up; seek them out. If you come across any worthwhile mining planets then take them, but always look for arti and research at your level. Later on you can focus solely on arti.

That being said, Builder isn't bad if you don't rely on it. I am contemplating going builder just to get some spare creds.

There are 2 reasons I told him to get his mining up. He already has +10 buildings. He is in a level 6 legion with artifact payouts. In order to keep up with the building costs on new planets he needs to have lots of credits.

Something that I haven't seen fail yet is just turtle, barely ranking at all, and soak up the arts.
