 Decrypting The Vault

Post Decrypting The Vault
it says that you cant hunt rogue data analysers to make this mission finish faster, but when i used the artifact i get from them, nothing happens
-.- what gives? anyone tell me whats goin on?

You can only use 9 on the first completion, and one less for each completion thereafter. In total you can only use 45.

and the mission has to be started in order for them to first take effect
