hey guys, i'm just over lvl 300 and i need to know where i should really focus. I am a drannik builder so i am a heavy ish NPCer, i got a late start NPCing but i want to know how my tech is doing and where i should focus planet wise.

with a mining output like that, you wont be able to afford teh upkeep on any of that stuff. Finish +12 and slowly upgrade planets.

i would take that artifact production up as well.... then take advantage of increased amount of prisoners and such
