yes but the chances are better that you'll hear about at least 2 car-and-airplane accidents on tv first reality transfuser cannot add an effect to a planet that already has one.... but the random analyze events which are already mega rare don't have that restriction... ...you'd just have to hope that the random analyze event happens on the planet you want it to.. |

u will significantly boost the chance of this happening if you apply a tranfuser to ALL ur planets... then if the uber rare random analysis happens, it will defintely be a 2-in-1 style.... but really.... it can still happen on a more "undesirable" target so kinda pointless~ |

I'm a level 84 with only 22 planets, playing since last October/November (before this was introduced), and I got one of these "uber rare" events last week. I would guess higher level players with more planets might see them about once a month or more. Of course, 2 days later a level 300+ came along and snatched it, but it still wasn't one of my best 3 planets (even after the event) so I'm not overly concerned. |

Not that they are all good but they do help sometimes. lol I should have been more specific - it was a VL rich gas and it gained planetary rings (+10% research). That is not a 1-week effect. Even I see those at least once weekly. Yes, this was random, I didn't use a reality transfuser (I can barely afford the rent, never mind spending money on GP). |

Here's something I wasn't clear on - I know you can't use a Transfuser on a planet that's already had a Transfuser on it. But I took a planet with a permanent effect on it (almost certainly NOT Transfused), could I still use a Transfuser on it? |

Planetary Rings = ALL Production +20% though default mining and artifact on a gas are 0 (none) so they wouldn't have been listed on the first tab at all... but if the guy uses terraformers or abilities, he can add mining and artifact production.... and even before he gets mining and artifact up to 15, he can get research to 15x, then add 2 quasi expanders, then a phasic chain ionizer... and he'd have a 17x research colossal plasma... end result: 15x 15x 17x colossal plasma w/ +20% all productions just to give you an idea of what you can do w/ a planet like that.... a 17x colossal plasma stuffed with 20K cloak still has room for 61 raw research from structures.... 17x = 7.25x multipier... xecti signal repeater = 1.1x multiplier... planetary rings = 1.2x multiplier... intraphasic hoveroid = 1.05x multiplier... colony development (5+ days) = 2x multiplier ..................total = 1225.917 research per hour from one planet -------------------- that's why the guy stole it.... rings are a great semi-perma effect.... he could easily make himself |

Rings = awesome. I got rings on the rift I just made and they're amazing. They're definitely worth crafting a world around. |
