I'm also working on the tier reward for the 38th mission completion. Research is Null Rays 0/3, Dark Energy Induction 0/4, Meta-Chron Fields 1/3, Cloaking Fields 0/3, Neutronium 0/3, Phase Shifting 0/3, Sub-Dimensional Sensors 2/3, and Gravshell Construction 0/3.

If you're going Hacker/Missions build you need to all of the best cloak and energy mods you have and 1-2 scan , then add hull and defense , add 1-2 more scan , If you still have decks add attack and shields.
