What is earliest someone has attained Taltherian Race?

Post subject:  What is earliest someone has attained Taltherian Race?
I am rank 270 and considering new race, but Taltherian requires: 403,850 energy, 1,006,250 XP, 2.4916 energy/XP ratio. Seems like just getting there I would have to rank a bunch.

What is earliest someone has done this rank wise, and do you regret it or think it was a wise move? Why?

I'm sure I'm not the earliest, but I became Taltherian around rank 450. I like 'em. Any race that rewards you for your time (Talth/Kronyn/Myl/Vygoid etc) is a good pick, in my mind. Or else, races that give bonuses that support things you do a lot (Konqul, Lazuli, Drannik, etc). I switched to Taltherian in August, and since then, I've made two ER Icys into 17X Mega Colossals, topped off two Colossal Gaias to 15X, and by the end of the year I'll have another 15X.

Getting bonuses to artifacts is tougher than the other resources, and there's fewer good artifact planets out there, so why not make them yourself? Being able to pick Builder or Excavator is just an added bonus :)

There's plenty of good races, but I've been happy with my choice.
