That doesn't take into account invasion attack, either decimator or not, it can make a big difference.

Eh, close enough. I only go for planets that I have a 40% or greater chance of taking, so it doesn't really matter that much to me

Oh ok, but you could have a 35%-39% chance of taking something lol. Could make all the difference, who knows.
