im not sure who you heard this from but its all wrong. here are the facts.
1) truce went into effect about 7-8 PM PDT on the 15th
2) royalD gets alerted ~5am on 16th
3) he gets hacked once by DR Horrible
4) DR Horrible gets mass attacked by zyph and others
5)maudib and i disable Zyph
6)maudib is alerted and attacked
7)we try to set up another truce with just Zyph
8) i hear 2-3 hours later that Zyph has hacked someone, and the time of the attack as i saw from the log put the attack after the truce. (its possible the time was off because he denies the time of the attack, and the log time is fixed)
9) i hack zyph in retaliation
10) he hacks and attacks
11) i make one last attempt for truce (which is in effect)

thats the events how they went down on my end. and on our end, it seems that royalD broke the truce not the other way around. if you look at the legion we were at war with (knights), the attacks have totally stopped. so what we are looking at id the royalD incident. i never broke any truce. and i posted the reason for my hack the last time so he would know im not just coming after him for no reason.

mistakes were made on both sides. that i have no doubt, but nothing like this is a sure thing and instant. it takes time to get the word out etc. i suggested that my ships not attack anything for 24 hours, but again, not everyone got that message. i still dont have evidence why chris alerted Royal at 5 am the following morning....

EDIT: i dont remember disabling u any time after the truce. in fact i did not attack any nova at all after that for the remainder if the day. perhaps you are confusing PACIFIC time with EASTERN time. this is why i always post the time in PDT in most of my posts.

ps i find it funny when a legion member gets beat by 30 lvls lower then him and notifies his legion . remember I'm waiting in the darkness

And that was exactly what happened on my second event.

ha ha its happening to me right now. I am level 70. i attacked a level 97 to test my ship he retalliated this i accepted. however he failed to kill me then i get attacked by a level 111. I retailiate and kill him too not bad for a level 70 really. so then another llvl 90 guy enters the fight and attacks me silly legion repairs me and a level 72 guy also disables me i just killed one of them then ha ha ha. the thing that pushes it a bit far is the level 217 legion leader is also getting involved in the fight. i men i understand about legion loyalty but really 1 lvl 70 against 5 ppl above him and he's holding his own surely you would leave it out of respect. still most fun i've had so far. and I don't think there is any point in dragging my legion into it when i have disabled 4 out of the 5 ships and can again whenever i please.

And that was what my remark to Zophah was about... Yet big bad silentknight comes in and challenges MY integrity?? For serious, I DARE ANYONE, FRIEND OR FOE, to bring up an occasion where MY integrity faltered. I'll gladly apologize for it if you can...

~Legionmates get attacked and raided, they alert the assailants AND post reasons. I assist.

~Big, bad Randy Manning alerts me to his legion. Do I alert him or any other Nova for that matter? No.

~I try to negotiate a CF for myself with some dude who I forget his name and don't feel like looking up. Apparently he has no say at all. He then shares my facebook messages with his cohorts, some of which try to dissect my messages (AND FAIL BTW) but either way, I let the matter subside and go to work that night. Come home the following morning and I'm attacked once more.
Integrity?: Check. (I didnt break the CF, whether one actually existed or not)

~I declare war on hippocrites and start tracking them. Did i go to war? Yes.
Integrity?: Check.

~I'm invited by Project Anarchy to join them in the war against KNR. I accept but they quickly enter a CF, so I leave and return to my original legion.
Integrity?: Check.

~The CF soon fizzles, so I'm invited once more. I return to Project Anarchy and pledge my allegiance to all of them. Someone should ask about how many artifacts I've provided and traps I've triggered since being in the legion.
Integrity?: Check.

~After countless halcyon triggers, I pledge NEVER to use traps ever again. Except for one old Firewall I had that a KNR tripped, Ive never again used a trap. Never.
Integrity?: Check.

~I fought half a legion alone. I joined a larger legion, and then had to fight members of 2+ legions. Did I back down? No.
Integrity?: Check.

~I promised to steal planet after planet until the war ended. Did I? I got a few. I promised to return any I stole after the war ended. Have I? Not yet, but I'm still waiting.

This is still a game and I've had the best fun in the last several weeks than I've had in a long time with any online game. But some of you are blatant liars. Pretty pathetic considering it's just a game and some of you ridiculous, poor losers still feel the need to come out and try to tarnish my integrity. And in regards to Project Anarchy, seriously, why is it some of you folks are still confused by the name? Project, ANARCHY... And with all due respect silent knight, obscura, and anyone else who dare challenge our resolve, I'm proud to be with these fine folks. Who will fight to their very last Ancient Foci, and still laugh about it in our chat room afterwards. I honestly hope everyone can experience the same pride in their legions.

Most of PA I found to be rather decent folk, but not every memeber. This also goes for some of the ones we have had in our ranks as well.

You did twist my words once and I had an issue with that. I addressd you politely I thought, and then you again resorted to name calling. Not very civil IMHO. I don't expect nice words from you on this, but then again I could be wrong.

I may be reviving this thread from oblivion, but I have a bone to pick with the Knights Who Say Ni. Requiest stole a planet from me when I was around level 50 an he was much stronger. I waited 75 levels with months of lost resources for a time when I could reasonably defend the planet and myself. I just couldn't wait any longer, so I took and fluxed the planet waiting for Requiest to strike back. And I lost 1507 research, 575 artifact points, 542 mineral points, and 2 disables since then and none of that was from Requiest himself. Not to forget to mention the 3 calming amplifiers and countless traps I had to go through to protect myself.

And I would think Requiest's ship, which is greatly more powerful then mine, would have at least disabled me once after he wasted 2 containment missiles, a chaostatic inhibitor, and 2 other artifacts on me.

What should I do to defend myself?

The easiest way would be to lay low and drop off their feed.

Yep count yourself lucky, you got your planet back from him. Welcome to PA, the only ones you ever fight are Hunterx, sooz, Maudib and a couple others in the 200's range. Everyone else just runs their mouths, alerts, and feeds those guys arties.

I am already using the hiding strategy. And when I told him about how it was my planet, This was his response:

Well, if they're raiding and hacking you past 0 you could probably report them, sounds like cheating to me. Probably the disabling as well, if you're not guarding a planet.
