Silly question but one of my legion has discovered a dysonian planet with 3xmega rich ? with careful planning it is possible to take it from them, would this be a smart move or would they just destroy me?!

If you got it and fluxed it, they would destroy you for two days. After that, it is yours. If you get it and don't flux it, they would get it back and then they would destroy you for two days.

What is a flux, how does it work?

The flux is an artifact in which you use upon the planet of your choice that has been seen by another enemy. when used correctly all preying eyes upon the planet will no longer be able to see it. Your can maintain this artifact by doing the mission tab that appears within the rank of the 100s i think, or trading with another player to have them flux it, or buying it with galaxy points.
However if you think you have the power to take the planet and hold the fort down, and with the help of a coordinated attack with team mates you could easily take it due to its not an mission planet so it wont have the 10000 att, def, cloak

Cool thanks, see you started your own legion in the end, hows it going?

I have the base up and running so that's a plus and almost already at level 2 just need a tad bit more energy, ive already maximized the base in all the ways possible with g points (structural extenders...bla bla bla). So now i wait it out to recruit more players.

O yaa the structural expander increases your special space by one. You can use up to 5 every level you go through. that adds up after a while. If you had the gp points then your base level at 3 could have an extra 15 special space. So to answer you question yes they are well worth it in my opinion.

as if you guys dont merge into one legion??? do it b4 you spend too many CTP!!! ask Dan to rename your legion and use the base with the extenders, agree on names, leaders, officers all that stuff. would be epic!!!..... this is how powerful legions are formed, IMHO if i were you guys, thats what i would do i wish i had sought out another legion to merge with, now we have too much invested in the base

The way to do this is by careful organization
1. First, see to it that you have all resources availabe in case you fail(like failing the invasion, needing more energy, attacking too soon)
2. Make you sure have a planet flux ready
3. Once you capture it, heavily defend the planet with defensive structures and population structures, put artifacts on it, alert it to your legiont to defend it, and flux it
4. Wait 24 hours and keep a close eye on it. Even it it's fluxed, there may still be a chance for them to take it back.
5. Once the 24 hour wait is over, you can be rest assured your planet is secured(unless someone scans it fairly quick)
