Asking for help with the Medal? Why don't you try earning it? Why play the game if you want everyone to just give you everything?

because I dont know many ships in my rank range that have UST researched. After cycling through 40 ships and not a single one has the buff, this is a better use of my resources. With your reasoning, no one should ever purchase artifacts or planets from anyone because they didn't "earn" them by getting them themselves. That's just silly.
