 Does anyone know the easiest way to find T.O. Troop carriers when npc huntin?

There is no easy way to find T.O. troop carriers just hope RNG favours you.

have exactly 51 scan. enough for troop carriers to spawn but not enough for most boss and elites to spawn. even then the difference is negligable
