When you start rocking +12s, you can build three of these bad-boys on each of your VM planets with plenty of room left over for other stuff. DM79 Datacenters are pretty amazing but you won't be pumping these out very often at your rank. Scan runs shouldn't be too difficult to do at your rank and if you join a strong legion you will likely get some nice planet shares from for legion-mates. Artifact is the most important production type, through and through; you'll want to get this up to as high as possible and keep pushing for more and more. Spend your rank points on Tactical Officers and Engineers and use Ship-Bots for your decks.

Honestly don't waste your time freeze ranking ever, slow ranking on the other hand is fine if you have a strategy and are like upgrading all of your structures and maximizing your planets or have a goal in mind. Personally, I would rather rank a a normal rate.
