Technical question on Sarkonis, Harvest Leader NPCs

Do these seasonal NPCs expire at the time they say they'll expire, or do only the alerted ones stay, or do they all vanish at midnight?
(sorry if this is a stupid question .. I believe they expire at their expiration time, but I'd rather know for sure!!)

As I said in group chat, the NPCs expire on their own individual timers, regardless of when the event ends.

I have a question too where are they Captured T.O. Harvester IV (Uses Left: 146) plus the ones I've used and only spawned 1 Sarkonis????????

I've found 2 with about 34 or 33 to harvesters. Just luck of the draw
