 How can I make the best planet?!?!?!

ok, so I have a Terra, very massive, 4x rich mining, 15x rich artifact, and 12x rich research, I want it to be maxed out in everything (including stuff like passive attack, defense and cloak) what artifacts and in what order can I do this with? This is a personal goal, to do a "trick my ride" with a terra planet. Trying to make it as close to a Dyson I can, all help is appreciated!

I also might try this again with a different planet, so vote for your favorite type or the one that would be easiest to transform the farthest!

add gaia to your poll if your including made planets. add sentient too now that i think of it. cause gaia definitly are my favorite. they have amazing stats and the best picture imo.

just added them, but had to take off barren and gas, hope no one chooses them, and I'm going to use a gaia seed on this terra, but should I use anything else first? and what else is there?

the only artifact that I know of that will increase ALL of those at once is the Terraformer, also, there is no artifact to increase artifact production only, like there is for minerals and research, as far as I know. I wish they would make one though. that'd be great.
if you're wanting to make it the best terra possible, start trying to get Dark Arms Carriers, they carry Terraformers and Quasi Spacial Expanders. I forget what enemy it is but it drops two artifacts that give great bonuses, one gives 100 cloak and the other gives 100 defense to a planet that is very large or bigger.

dark arms carriers drop fluxes, krionite torpedos and i think omicron mines. to troop carriers drop terraformers and qse.

and your thinking of the lazuli fabrication plant. they drop the +100 passive defenses and cloaks

I think the hard-cap is 1000 for passive defenses, using items like Eruption Channelers and the drops from the Lazuli Fab Plants. Not counting the inherent bonuses that manufactured Dysons and Exotics have.

You can definitely go over 1000, I have several planets with over 1000 passive bonus.

Oh cool, I was hoping it was higher than that. Can't remember where I came across that at. Do you know what the cap might be, then?

The best creatable planet would be from an icy. This is because the melter increases the size by 2 and the resources by 2. The gaia seed increases the size by 1 and the resources by 2. You could quasi-expand an icy up to very massive then melt it to a mega-colossal - the largest planet in the game. Anything else can only be colossal.

An icy or a terra can be turned 17x mega rich with the transforming artifacts. You are much better off "tricking out" a terra because of the much better starting stats. Icy planets tend to top out at very large, extremely rich unless they've been tampered with.

And if you do make a mega-colossal from any icy.....cloak it up. I stole the one I own......it had almost no cloak on it when I found it.

Additionally to what you said, make sure you put your Permafrost Sub-Network on it before you convert it, then put on the Quantum Hydro-Meliorator after you melt this. This will give you multiple bonuses.

thank you everyone for the helpful advice, I'm currently rank 181 so I'm getting more passive planet bonus artifacts and I'm all out of mass melters, but I'll try and pass that on to me legion!

The lazuli factory drops go over 1000, I think. They can be applied anywhere for passive cloak and defense. You will want massive passive cloak on one planet if you are applying all your upgrades there. However, from a risk perspective I spread out all my upgrades; anything that increases resources is most useful on a large planet (it multiplies with it), but it doesn't matter if you apply say a toxic purifier to a large rich or a large 5x mega rich -- the yield will be about the same, and you can spread your risk of losing the planet. If you have an ultra rare thing like a massive Gaia, then yeah I would just put all passive cloak and def you can add to it.

Actually the terraforming limit used to be 50x mega rich a long time ago.

I think all the mega-collosal oceanic planets should get a new graphic and be called "fluidic space" or something.
