So when would you advise to scan blitz if you hit the grey last time, when you have how many purgers? I have 123. And I dont have cr to waste so when would you recommend?

Well in the first place, you need enough credits to colonize good planets you find so no sense scanning earlier.

Being in tune with the scan bonus in the UST is good whenever you can manage it.

From grey with the same scanning power, i would probably want to drop 150 planets before scanning again.

Try to save up enough purgers to purge down to ~150 (assuming you have about 100 planets colonized). Frequent scanning might give more benefit than a massive 5,000 planet scan run after years of waiting, since you can gain that AP earlier on.

it's really up to you. Do you do legion missions? Then wait til the Xathe legion mission is up.

Do you have a lot of empty planet slots and nothing worth stealing on the BT? Then purge at least 100 planets and do a scan.


Personally, I wait til I have at least 5 open planet slots, a free invasion timer, and I make sure I can throw a halc on before scanning (because I'm a MSB and have to uninstall practically everything when I scan).

I also try to scan late at night so if I am going to steal a planet, the likelihood of the owner being online is a smidge lower.

I do it when I can purge down to my planets alone and ones I have flagged as potential invasions for arts. Basically, as often as you can, without hindering your ability to do other things like ranking your zane ally or doing xathe mission.

Also Wednesday/Saturday nights ~23:30 GST, so you can get the scan boost from UST, then use the attack boost for your first and most likely best invasion.

Also have a flux ready or a dozen.
