How do I get these... without paying (Quasi-Spacial Expanders)???
I'm ranked 820, have 25592 non-player kills, and the only thing I'm getting from T.O. troop carriers are Terraforming Devices.

Sacrifice a goat to the RNG. It is a terrible evil god in the world of games, and only fresh blood will sate it's thirst for chaos.
On a serious note though: Just kill more troop carriers.

On a serious note though: Just kill more troop carriers. Yup. You should, on average, be getting a troop carrier every 500 or so NPC's, and by lookign at the percentage drop rates, a qusi spacial extender 5/100 troop carriers, so at 500k npc kills, you'd expect to have 5 or so quasis. _________________ACREWREVOLT

But again only if the RNG God likes you. He hates me i've gotten 2 and i'm well over the 500k mark. Someone get me a new goat the last one was obviously flawed. --myst

No it USED to be 1 in 20, now it is 1 in 60. Sorry folks, you can't get all rifts for free by rank 2200 anymore. And good luck getting anything after that.
