If your holding off on Tac Officers till you get 10k, then use all those prisoners to get closer to 10k so you can redirect to Tac officers

arti is good but could be better.
think you're a tad crazy on the energy. 816 right now and im just at about a 10k e bar. have over 25k attack though.
