Not bad, but you really need to increase your arti production (I'm sure you know that). If you can afford the GP for your mission dyson, it would be well worth it. Conplete Starlifting, all 3 levels, only take arti planets from now on (well apart from the occasional toxic when you need more mining). More arti will help fix the other problems, like not enough crew and cargo, both my cargo and crew are well over twice yours, I'm rank 254.
Oh, you said shields weren't 0/3... hopefully it's at least 1/3 so you can put +1200 shields on your planets.

Yes, I have 1/3 on shields, and I am working on that arti, my next research is scanners to get some more planets
