What size ship you aiming for?
You got reactors to install when leveling? I'd wait on upgrading any more cannons til you get that mining up a bit. That said though theres no need to rush and get more mining planets. Let it come as you find harvesters. Arti should be your focus for a good while. How much energy do you spend doing missions, npcing, pvping, or hitting bases? How much energy do you have? How much hull? Ranking speed/how long youve been playing? What is a seagal? Do you have any mission planets? How many open planet slots? Where are you in res tree? hmm, my arti production is currently at 6767 (excavator bonus, mission dyson, rank 197) so that is the aspect of your build that jumped out at me.
