Kinda think I want to go the Litheor Governor route, wanted to know apart from the massive cost in obtaining items and CTP, is it any good? Anyone out there tried it and if so is it a good race to play or just better to obtain the mission items and forget about it.

At your rank unless you are spending tons of gp it is not worth it.

litheor is only really good when you have a bunch of maxed planets to use the ability on.

I keep hearing this same thing over and over.





I am a Litheor Governor. I like it for the fact that you can add more cloak to planets YOU PLAN on building up.
Another bonus include 1 space for 900 pop when you take a planet that you want to temp flux in stead of 6 space for 1000 pop from a Topopolis Ring.
And +2 goes well on all the mission planets.
So It being only useful on planets that you have maxed isn't true. But it is a big help if you do.

Unless you are using it on a maxed planet you would be much better off as taltherian.

And as far as using it on planets you plan to max. It would be better to switch to a race to actually max them first.

Without a good amount of maxed planets you will either be wasting your time befor long, or end up switching quickly.
