i didnt know where to put this really so i just chose here, if a sillix gains a bonus deck size when they raise their deck size, why doesnt that mean that a konqul, or an aelern for that matter(least i dont think they do) get a bonus point for putting points on say tactical officers or helmsman? i mean, its the same thing as a deck size upgrade, it just goes to your attack or defense. comments? answers?

Because as what their descriptions say - bonus to attack and defense and not bonus to amount of tactical officers or helmsmen.

For the Sillixx, it doesn't matter if the deck size came from rank points or ship bots as with the Aerlen; it doesn't matter if it came from rank points, android helmsmen or defense modules.

Konqul does get attack bonus off tactical officers.. For every 1 tactical officer bought, Konqul attack gets improved by 1.2 instead of flat 1.0.. I have almost 3k tactical officers, not being a konqul, my attack would be only 3k extra. But as a Konqul, it would be 3,600 extra.. Konqul 20% is just a flat 1.2 multiplier to your ship attack that comes from modules and tactical officers.. 20% is also applied to Invasion bonus too so that makes planet invasions useful. When I was a Konqul, I successfully invaded a rebel, WELL guarded planet (5 guardians) with Aegis shield on that had almost 6k defense.. I had over 10k attack during the invasion.. It was about 38% success rate.. Konqul makes a best planetary invader than any other races..

Same thing with an Inergon's increased energy. It is a flat boost to your max energy, so any modifiers (including the reduction from relays) occur before the extra is taken into account.

And I can attest that the 30% bonus to Aerlen defense does apply to my helmsmen as well. I need to get at least 3 or 4 helmsmen to see the first increase of it, but i get an extra 3 defense for every 10 helmsmen i buy, wither they come from rank points, prisoners or bots.
