Buying artifacts that you can't send?

I'm not sure if it's possible to get that much hull at rank 44, but I'd say if you were to try you'd probably have to dump all your research and decks into hulls, be fixer, proteans would be a huge help and not sure what rank you have to be to get kalviums... and then you'd probably need to rank slow...

It's entirely possible. She simply bought lots and lots and lots of durtanium brackets from the GP store.
