I do not yet. I know there is a mission that will allow me to get one, once I get the terraform mission (when ever that is) and I get high enough level.

I think its called collosal project and requires 10 Quasi Spacial Expanders.

Had to get a post in on something so comprehensively necro'd. I think the ones mentioned must all be natural dysons, I was given to believe that the mission ones were a flat 28x Mega everything, unless that changed since they were introduced.
