The reward (Contact Coordinates) will spawn an "eligible" rare NPC at random in the battle tab. Tried to share the find since nobody did so far. I edited the missions list on wiki with the mission but that is how far I can go with editing wiki pages, using my current knowledge. Some good soul please add the mission page and so forth. Thanks.
