I've been lurking on the forums for the past little bit but couldn't find the answer to a question of mine. When I started the game I made sure to get the exotic planet to facilitate my fast levelling. Well, I just got my first TO Troop Carrier and it dropped a Terraforming Device on me.

Can I use this on my constructed Exotic? It's technically only x13 and Terraforming Devices work up to x15. I'd hate to waste it trying to bump my Exotic only to find that there was some hidden rule a out constructed planets.

I don't know if that is true.. Im not sure.. But my exotic is 15 14 15.. I have a terraformer. it won't make it 15 15 15. I use rogue pod on the planet for research. I was miner race for the 15 mining. Why isn't it bumping arti it to 15?

If you use 2 terra it works. Since I already have 15x I need to do the race to get artifacts to x15. Description of the device explains it.

You can't use a terraformer on the planet because it increases all 3 stats by 1, in this case it would increase it to 16 15 16, but since the limit its 15x MR you can't use the terraformer.
