Vekno wrote: high scan prevents hackers High scan SLOWS DOWN hackers. There is no way to actually "prevent" being hacked. Even if you have no research available, you can still get crit hacked for a planet in your data base. |

if you have more scan then every other person in the game has cloak, you can literally prevent hacks. although i think it may be impossible, it would work in theory. |
