Is is possible for people to scan yoour mission dyson or exotic?
If so is it really worth getting it at a low lvl if you cant defend it ?

It's highly unlikely to scan a built dyson or exotic, provided the owner is in a full or close to full legion given the bonus to scan and how scanning planets work.

They can't scan it right now if your Legion bonus is above 20% or so; even if it isn't, the odds put it at nearly impossible. It can be critically hacked, but that's not particularly likely either, I think.

I think how it works is the scan/cloak is capped at 1% or something like that.

Or the guy that made it used a previously scanned metallic planet. We've got one of those situations as well. I don't think that scanning a built dyson is possible with the 10k cloak buff on and being in a full legion. I don't think there is any minimum chance of a planet to get scanned.

Theirs an outside chance that the mission dyson was scanned before the passives were implemented and the owner has since had them added to the planet.
