Hey everyone,
Can Quasi-Spacial Expanders increase the size of a planet up to mega-colossal, or is there a limit on how much they can augment (like how Terraformers can only increase a planet to 15X mega rich)?

They can only take planets up to Very Massive. You need special artifacts like The Gaia Seed to increase a planet to more than that.

to make planets higher than VM you need other arties
