ok so I've heard now we are at lvl3 with our base and low rank players aren't able to keep up with the research which voids them out from contributing to the base upgrade, considering changing the pay-out to the equal distribution to help them keep up on research but.... will they still get a pay-out from production if they don't have the qualifying research done. I imagined some of them won't be up to par on research but they would still be able to contribute to upgrade requirements like Energy, exotic matter etc. etc. .... So within my rambling here I guess the question is : If low rank members aren't eligable to upgrade base and I change production pay-outs to the equal distribution will the low ranks lagging in research even get a cut? Or is logging in and being with legion more than a day get them a cut from the production? |

I contributed to the level 2 base and wasn't able to contribute to the level 3 base for 2 days, but was considered eligible and did get a payout. I don't know how long I would have been considered eligible if I didn't start contributing again. |

Divided Evenly Between all Eligible Members ignores upgrade contributions entirely. It doesn't matter what research your members have. |

our base is set up purely for research atm. it pays out research points to everyone in the legion regardless of whether they've contributed...this was deemed fairest to the lower levels so they could research ai logistics easier...and then start contributing lol |
