i have done research Base Module - Collective Theory Lab. and i don't see the tab. where i can find it? my base lv 3. |

Go to your Legion Base then go in Actions tab. From there, you will see "Collective Theory Lab" and a pink/purple button labeled as "Visit Theory Lab". Click the button to enter the lab. |

The CTL must be constructed on the base before it can be used. The CTL requires a base level 4 to build. |
