Useful artifact name filters:
"scanning" for scan run, "Trap player" when under attack , "increas" for combat buffs for NPC hunting / other buff
"rest" for hull/shield repair, "tech part" for module/building drops

'special player' filters strictly modules. i use it when i see what i have left to install.

'pb' filters shipbots. i remember some people complaining that filtering 'ship' or 'bot' didnt get those right away.

"resc" (rescued prisoners)
