Post Having Trouble Messaging on the Forums
Can't seem to send messages on the forums. I'm a relatively new account, but I just wanted to make sure it wasn't just me or anything. Couldn't find a post related to this, so I thought I'd ask.

Yes new account have limitation to send private message, the limitation will be remove, but I don't know when. 1 week maybe.
