Do people still start with one? I don't recall having ever seen or used one, and I'm nearly level 100. |

i still have mine... i plan to use it if i ever scan an enemy owned dyson and manage to take it. |

I just saw one popped by a lvl 27'ish pilot in a planet scan the other day on a rock that definately wasn't worth it. As stated before, these artifacts really need to be rethought abit. |

iirc you get it free with the 1st planet you colonise. still have mine as my planets aren't worth stealing from me lol |
