Just wondering people's opinions. I'm level 46. I'm pulling in 299 minerals, 102 artifacts and 284 research. Is that good? |

I was pulling at least double that at your level. But before playing the game, I read the forums and learned some of the things not to do. My thoughts: 1) Don't over-defend. You can't defend your worlds against anyone at your level. Guard the one you want, and put just a little defense and attack on each world. 2) Research buildings. Better buildings take more space, but improve your production. 3) Place any artifacts you find that give you bonuses, but only if you have a good world to put them on. 4) Don't take every world you scan. Look for really big ones with high production in what you want. Dump tiny worlds you've taken and pick up something better. |

Research out to the +4 buildings. The +5 and +6 buildings don't do much better and are mostly a waste. When you are higher level and have more research, then go for the +8, that is a good deal because you get 2 more production for 1 more space. But until then, stop at +4 and research other things. If you farm NPC's, colonize very large toxic planets for your mineral production. There is an NPC drop that increases mineral production +2 on toxic planets up to mega rich 15x. |

The second planet I ever scanned was an exotic. Very Tiny, but exotic nonetheless. x4 Research. |

Yeah, it was quite a while before I scanned any exotics, and so far I've only found two. One was Massive and Very Rich, but taken, and the other was unoccupied and 8x Mega Rich, but Very Tiny. |

It could be worse you could have scanned a Massive Exotic colonised it then had it taken and fluxed by someone much bigger...

I was the "much bigger" someone a long long time ago when I was in my 60's or so. Found one owned by a level 21 or something. Started out as Massive with 3x/1x/8x, but has been optimized to 15x for a while. Haven't found one since, but just collected my last TF, so I'll be making one soon... |

ive havent found any exotics... it seems that most exotic planets are usually very tiny, i havent scanned any planets that are very tiny, 642 artifacts, 564 mining, 1397 research. feedback please rank 96 |
