Post subject:  Combat Badges
any idea how many rewards there are going to be for each type of badge? maybe another heads up in the update section when the dev team is done adding all the initial rewards, just so we arnt stuck waiting for stuff that isnt coming.

love the new addition by the way!!! now my counters can give me something more than a number on my status page.

The new badge system is amazing!!! I love it. This was the perfect solution to make PvP worth the effort. I thought there might have been a bug because my battle tab was full of only players 40% lower than my rank but then higher level ranks started showing up. The only problem I have is that the badges arent retroactive. (warning: gloating alert) Im rank 106 atm, and am 10th on the leaderboards with 1100 hacks. Man, the things I could do with 1.1k blue badges :)

again, amazing job Dan, keep up the good work! cant wait to see what the new badge items come next!

I have to concur this badge system and items purchased with the badges has got to be the single best addition to the game in a long time I finally feel like hacking is worth it again where as before it was no experience and a few rp versus the qft and retaliation now I atleast get a badge for my efforts which can be turned in for an item that looks kewl .
I have used the inner bypass and its ok more of an injury to insult kind of artifact than anything else im more interested in getting the decryption quads installed as well as the dominion cannons .
seriously though this is definitley a major addition to the game that will change the dynamic of pvp hacking and raiding just one thing Dan keep the new items coming for the battle market or it will stagnate :ugeek:

I have to agree with vlad... The quads and dominion cannons are my goal with the new system. Ask anyone in my legion, I love having lots of big, shiny, blast the snot out of you guns.

Honestly I dont know but I would think they would watch the board and wait for peeps to start asking for new stuff cuz they already have all the stuff before I would expect them to add a huge list some of these items are pretty pricey in terms of badges required

not really... 40 disables i can get in 2 days. 80 hacks can be done in 20 hours, so with firewalls i would say 4 days. thats 2 weeks for modules TOPS. the artifacts are a waste of badges, and the buildings are cool, but i cant imagine stockpiling them. i hope they add some new module options or this is gonna lose its fun soon...

um doubt those numbers as more peeps realise whats goin on more traps will be online personally I have eaten 4 halcs and 7 kvt's just today and i didnt keep track of the qft's Im more surprised that not more peeps have taken offense and tryed to get pay backs on me

im up to 33 halcs and 8 firewalls. i usually keep going through KVs till i hit something more substantial. still only 4 disables away from my first dominion cannon. and 2 away from half way to my first quad.

one of the people in PA has already got all 4 dominion cannons, and yes dan is bringing out more stuff he said in the updates

good. the dominion cannons were easy to get. i have two and dont really want to buy more, as i got a ton of NPC drops and need to install the rewards too (32 space worth). i might buy two more though if more module rewards arnt released soon, cause those are the only things i feel are actually worth buying. buildings are ok, but im only gonna buy 2 of each, one for my eventual exotic and dyson. and artifacts are a complete waste of badges cause once you use em you use em.
