 What are the odds of getting a critical hack at 688 cloak and 3281 scan (without buffs) agains the average player?

so far from today ive gotten 2 critical hacks in 3 days, that brings me up to 5 maybe 7 that i remember.

I said this on another post about hacking, but up until my last scan blitz this past week, I had found more planets from hacking than I did from scanning.
