 Rescued Prisoners

Post Rescued Prisoners
I got this from an artifact shipment. The description says "releasing the prisoners will grant goodwill from their homeworld." Anyone know what this actually does? It used 4000 artifact points so I'm guessing it's something better than average.

Sweet! Ok so I just rescued them and am now using them as slave labor in my science mines. :lol:
