In future you may want to post the issue in the thread, members of the community may be able to provide insight on your issue. To contact the admin regarding technical issues the details of how to do this are stickied in the "Issues & Support" section of these forums but i'l post the link to get you to that thread below.

Scroll to the bottom of the page in Facebook, and click "Report/Contact this App" then the rest is easy to figure out.
